who admits to having owned

One can’t expect a relation-

ship when one’s earwax

is wet and the other partner

dry. But was it fun

while it didn’t last?

Tears of relief! a rescue

team arrived trailing

bread-crumbs lost in a cave.

Oh Jesus! like

an unexpected video-call

from your long-dead mother.

Stress breaks the bridge-

struts, destroys my belly

with repeated crossings.

Trucks weigh too much
rumbling like love
